Thai Foot Massage
Massage has been handed down in Thailand by word of mouth across the generations, from father to son, mother to daughter and teacher to pupil. It is still taught by Buddhist monks in the temples of Thailand.
A full Thai Foot Massage treatment includes treatment on the lower legs and feet and takes approximately 40 minutes. It involves stretching, massage and stimulation of reflex points and uses Thai energy lines (also known as Sen). The treatment has elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology and Chinese massage, all of which stimulate the activity of the body’s internal organs.
This treatment is hugely beneficial for optimum health, restoring homeostasis by creating physiological changes in the body.
A deep and unique feeling of balance, relaxation and well-being is produced during the course of Thai Foot Massage, and it is an ideal therapy for those new to complementary therapies.
